How does SMS/WhatsApp billing work?
Your HARUSI plan covers the platform and guest-management tools; sending invitations and reminders by SMS or WhatsApp is billed separately per message, at standard rates.
Can I use HARUSI for events other than weddings?
Yes: send-offs, graduations, birthdays, and every other celebration are supported.
Is my guest information secure?
Guest phone numbers and RSVP/pledge details are visible only to you as the host; guests only see their own invitation.
Can guests pay or pledge a contribution directly?
Guests can pledge the amount they plan to contribute directly from the same link they use to RSVP. Actual payment is received outside HARUSI (for example by mobile money or cash), and the host then records it on the dashboard.
How do the invitation cards (e-cards) work?
Each guest gets their own card, with a number and QR code that links back to their own invitation — essential for check-in at the door on event day.
Do I need any technical skill to use this?
No — if you can send a WhatsApp message, you can run your event on HARUSI.
What happens after my event is over?
Your event's information stays on your dashboard; nothing is deleted automatically.
